A few useful answers.

Which edition is right for me?

Choose Core for MetaTrader 4 or Edge for MetaTrader 5. Both run on Windows desktop terminals. Compare the capabilities for your platform, then choose the plan that fits your workflow. Discover gives you seven days to evaluate compatibility.

Does a software plan include the Academy?

No. Core and Edge are software licences; Academy enrolment is separate. Verified Academy enrolment includes one 30-day MT5 Complete Edge learner benefit, not a permanent software licence.

Will I need to paste a licence code?

No manual licence-code entry is needed in the installer. Download the signed Windows installer from My DPMINDS and follow Next → Finish. Complete secure account authorisation if requested. The installation screen includes a route to customer support if you need help.

How do payments and renewals work?

UK software prices include VAT. Stripe software subscriptions renew automatically; PayPal purchases cover the selected access period and require a new purchase to continue. Academy payments are one-time with no automatic renewal. Review your selected terms before confirming checkout.

Where are my downloads, lessons and support?

Sign in through My DPMINDS. Your account brings together the products and services you are entitled to use, including downloads, Academy progress and support.
